UConn standout freshman Liam McNeeley will undergo an MRI exam on Thursday after injuring his right ankle during Wednesday’s 81-68 road victory against DePaul on Wednesday.Huskies coach Dan Hurley said McNeeley would not be available for Sunday’s game against visiting Providence.In fact, Hurley fears it may be a while before McNeeley is back on the court.”We’ll see what that looks like,” Hurley said after the win in Chicago. “Hopefully, it’s just a sprain. We don’t know much.”McNeeley was injured in the second half in a collision with Layden Blocker of DePaul. He needed to he helped off the floor.
