Iowa offensive lineman Cade Borud was given a one-game suspension after being arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) in July.Borud, a sophomore, will also serve on the scout team for the opening week of the season and perform community service that Friday and Saturday while he misses the season opener against FCS Illinois State, Hawkeyes coach Kirk Ferentz told reporters Saturday.”It’s unfortunate any time a player makes a bad decision. He’s remorseful about it,” Ferentz said after the Hawkeyes had an open practice, adding that “it’s going to be double jeopardy moving forward.”
