Louisville ends four-game losing streak to Boston College

J’Vonne Hadley tossed in a game-high 22 points to lead Louisville to an 84-58 victory over Boston College in their Atlantic Coast Conference matchup on Wednesday night in Chestnut Hill, Mass.Hadley, a transfer from Colorado, was 8 of 12 from the field, and made both of his 3-point attempts.Terrence Edwards Jr. added 19 points, eight rebounds and six assists, and Chucky Hepburn netted 12 points for Louisville (17-6, 10-2 ACC). Hepburn missed most of the second half after he sustained an undisclosed injury while making a layup.Boston College played without its second-leading scorer Chad Venning (12.8 points per game), who injured a toe during Saturday’s victory against Florida State.Louisville ended a four-game losing streak against Boston College (10-12, 2-9).Donald Hand Jr. scored 19 points for the Eagles, who shot just 38.3 percent. Jayden Hastings added eight points and nine rebounds.Boston College’s Elijah Strong returned to the lineup after missing four games with an illness. He scored six points in 17 minutes.
