North Carolina added Georgia Tech transfer Tyzhaun Claude on Wednesday, days after the forward received news that he was granted a waiver to play in the 2024-25 season.The Tar Heels will be Claude’s fourth different team. This season will expire Claude’s eligibility.Claude entered the transfer portal on April 1 but was awaiting word from the NCAA on a waiver. Georgetown also reportedly pursued Claude, who averaged 4.8 points and 5.2 rebounds in 32 games (four starts) for the Yellow Jackets in 2023-24.
